Here's a look at my May and June Beauty Empties:

Guerlain Meteorites Light-Diffusing Perfecting Primer ~ sample size shown (full size is $85.00 CAN). For skin that seems lit from within, apply this smoothing liquid to clean, moisturized skin as an essential first step in any makeup routine.

I just shared this on my 21 in 2021 Project Pan - I finished this as much as I could before there was no more getting out. This was fine; it has the distinct Guerlain scent and the primer was fine. This is older and discontinued now. 

Repurchase: No can do

NYX Bare With Me Tinted Skin Veil in Natural Soft Beige ~ $15.99 CAN. Simply smooth  this weightless formula onto the complexion for light, breathable coverage with a  seamless and satiny finish.

I just finished this in the same Project Pan and this was one of the Top 10 Makeup Products in 2020 - it's so good. The finish is lovely and it's one of my best complexion products. 

Repurchase: Yes, already have

LaSpa SPF50 Ultra Sun Protection Stick ~ $18.00 CAN. Our SPF50 contains Zinc and Titanium Dioxide plus 95.7% certified organic ingredients to provide 98% broad spectrum protection. Vitamin D and E are added for protecting and repairing the skin.

This was a good stick tinted SPF stick and I liked it - it previously made my Best Canadian Beauty Products. I like that there is a bit of tint to it and this just expired so that it why it's in the empties. I enjoyed this, but think I have found a few holy grail face sunscreens. 

Repurchase: Potentially

Neutrogena Make-Up Removing Cleansing Wipes Night Calming Duo ~ $20.99 CAN for 2 packs of wipes. Gently and effectively dissolve all traces of dirt, oil and make-up from your face.

These "night calming" wipes apparently have a unique scent to help you unwind - I really didn't notice a scent; but, these worked well and removed makeup. This is one of the only type of face wipes that I think actually remove most makeup, so I tend to stick to these ones. I try and use wipes a little less to not be as wasteful, but these can be used a couple times too for one sheet which is great!
Repurchase: Yes

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in "Luminous Light" ~ $64.00 CAN. Create the perfect illumination for your face with Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder.

This was another Project Pan empty - I can't believe I finally finished this whole powder, this is one of the oldest powders in my collection so it's a pretty big feat to complete this. I did enjoy the finishing powder - it was too light as a highlighter for me. 

Repurchase: Maybe, I'd like to try new ones 

Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow in Smoky Storm ~ deluxe sample (full size is $31.00 CAN). A brilliant and long-wearing, liquid glitter eyeshadow. 

Another Project Pan product completion - this eventually dried up, but these Stila liquid shadows were the o.g. glitter shadows and this one was so good. 

Repurchase: I have sooo many, so maybe eventually 

Indeed Labs Hydraluron + Moisture Mist ~ $24.99 CAN. Revitalize, hydrate and plump skin with this protective and ultra-hydrating hyaluronic acid face mist.

This was a good mist - it was nice and fine and gentle on the skin. I thought it was nice and hydrating and a good little addition in my routine! 

Repurchase: Maybe 

Dermalogica Active Moist Moisturizer ~ $59.00 CAN for 50 ml. A lightweight, oil-free, prebiotic moisturizer that supports the skin‘s microbiome and provides effective hydration.

This is a great, nice and gentle moisturizer - it's like the indeed labs mist, a really solid product, nothing stand out that made it a holy grail, but certainly something I could use again, a good baseline moisturizer.

Repurchase: Ya, most likely 

Lush Sonic Death Monkey Shower Gel ~ Coffee and cocoa powder embrace. 

This was a thinner shower gel formula, this was an old classic scent that came in the Lush Kitchen box and I loved the coffee scent - it was a great morning shower smell! I always like the Lush shower gel formulas, but I do prefer them a little thicker. 

Repurchase: Maybe, if it's even available again 

The Potion Masters Bath Spell in Peace ~ $40.00 CAN. Every Essential Oil in this spell was chosen for its ability to help your mind find Peace. Lavender, Chamomile, Bergamot, Frankincense and a touch of Rosemary will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and comforted.

This is such a luxurious bath salt combination - it's lovely and peaceful and has a whole little combination of butterfly pea flowers so it turns the bath blue while relaxing the body and calming you down! I love it! 

Repurchase: Yes, I will maybe try a different kind 

Sephora Collection Fizzing Stars x2 

These came in the Sephora Collection advent calendar - these were basically teeny tiny bath bomb and it was fine, nothing special. 

Repurchase: Nah 

Alibi Spearmint And Menthol Magnesium Solfate Epsom Salt Bath ~ $1.41 CAN. Calming & Relaxing - Alibi epsom salt bath helps to relieve minor aches, muscle cramps & bruises, relieves aching toes, detoxifies the skin.

These were good and they are so affordable and fresh - I love that this bag reseals and smells minty fresh and soothing. 

Repurchase: Yes 

Skin & Co Truffle Therapy Face Toner ~ $35.48 CAN. Formulated with natural extracts of Truffle, Calendula, Rose and Rosemary, we have created a blend to purify pores, while contributing the antiseptic powers of Witch Hazel and Sage to remove dead skin and bacteria to prevent future breakouts, and boosting the skin with extra antioxidants.

This toner came in a past FabFitFun box - it was fine and I used it all up. The formula wasn't bad, but it wasn't a stand out product. There is certainly toners that I enjoy more, but this was okay. 

Repurchase: Not likely 

Mika Foam Soap Spray - Very Berry ~ $5.50. Mika foam soap spray turns boring bath time into fun time! Spray the foam to make silly shapes, bounce or have fun with the floating foam in the tub! Mild and gentle formulation.

This was a foam soap - I've previously received these as PR samples, and have repurchased. My little one loves these so much and I tried it once, because it's actually so cute and it foamed up well and smelled delicious! 

Repurchase: Yup 

Clear Care Plus Cleaning and Disinfecting Solution ~ $19.97 CAN. Not only does CLEAR CARE® PLUS Cleaning and Disinfecting Solution clean and disinfect your contact lenses with the bubbling power of hydrogen peroxide, it also surrounds your lenses with long-lasting moisture.

This is a great contact solution - I switched to a hydrogen peroxide solution over a year ago (with only one mishap of not letting it rinse long enough). This is at least a 6 hour solution; but, it's great! Much better at cleaning than regular solutions!
Repurchase: Yes! 

Dr. Teals Melatonin Epsom Salt ~ $9.99 CAN. Relax & Unwind with Dr Teal’s Soothe & Sleep Pure Epsom Salt with Lavender Essential Oils.

I absolutely love these epsom salts - these made my Monthly Favourites in May this year. The lavender and melatonin combo are so perfect for pre-bed naps and they do help with sleep and relaxing! Love! 

Repurchase: Yes 

Acuvue Oasys ~ $63.99 CAN for a pack of 12.

Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism ~ $53.99 for a pack of 6. 

Nothing exciting here - my go-to contacts, as I have pretty dry eyes and these help. One box is for each different prescription.

Repurchase: Yep

Klorane Dry shampoo with Nettle - Oil absorbing ~ $15.49 CAN. Dry shampoo with Nettle for oily hair. Cleans hair without water and adds volume and texture.

This was fine - I like Klorane dry shampoos, this one wasn't my favourite out of all of them, I think it had a little too much white cast. I prefer their formulas for dark hair to help cover any white cast. But, this was fine. 

Repurchase: Not this particular formula 

Live Clean Foaming Moisturizing Frosted Apple Hand Soap ~ $5.48 CAN. This Holiday, treat your friends, family, and yourself to this natural, gentle SLS-Free formula with a rich creamy lather that is easily rinsed away. 

This is a limited edition holiday scent and it's lovely - it's just a hand soap, but we love the foaming soap and this scent is good. One of my favourite hand soap formulas. 

Repurchase: Yes, when it's available again 

Fresh Zodiac Sign Soap - Scorpio ~ $20.00. A limited-edition vegetable-based soap for clean, smooth skin, infused with an alluring scent that celebrates your zodiac sign.  

These were a past limited release and this was a long-lasting soap that smelled earthy. I thought it was good, although I prefer sweeter scents overall. 

Repurchase: No

Lush Polar Bear Plunge Bubble Bar ~ $7.95 CAN. Relax in a bear hug of fluffy foam, while the invigorating peppermint oil perks up your senses.

This was a great, fresh bubble bar - this lasted at least 4 baths. I love the Lush's bubble bar formula as it makes huge and long lasting bubbles. 

Repurchase: Yes, if it comes back next Christmas 

Lush Wizard Bubble Bar ~ crumble this little guy up in the bath and be treated to energizing tangerine, juniperberry and fennel essential oils, the same scent as the holiday Jingle Spells bath bomb.

This was a bubble bar that came in a Lush Kitchen box - it's a past Halloween release and it lasted a few baths and worked well. The scent was okay, I personally prefer sweeter scents, but it was good and this one is so cute. 

Repurchase: Not likely 

Starfish Bath Bomb ~ $?

This is just a generic bath bomb - it was fine, I can't remember the brand, I prefer a little scent or colour in my bath bombs personally. I think I got this as a stocking stuffer or gift. 

Repurchase: Not likely 

JayJun Cosmetic Intensive Shining Mask ~ $3.79 CAN. Jayjun skin specialists created perfect combination of essence, face mask and eye cream that provide immediate glow to skin and long lasting hydration.

This is a 3 step mask, so it comes with an essence to apply first, the sheet mask and then an eye cream to apply after. I thought it was a good mask that fit well and I liked the extra steps! 

Repurchase: Probably 

Pacifica Beauty Disobey Time Rose & Peptide Facial Mask ~ $5.99 CAN. This multi-targeted effective mask is infused with plant extracts, flowers and dreams of youthful skin.

This was okay - I thought the fit was fine (I honestly didn't even notice the eyes were heart shaped until I was writing this). This could have been soaked in more essence and it didn't last that long. For $6, this mask wasn't super impressive. 

Repurchase: No

Soo AE Regenerative Red Wine Hologram Mask ~ $4.50 CAN. The hologram foil assists in retaining our signature anti-aging formula of wine extract and collagen, for firmer and brighter looking skin.

I like these foil masks - they help the essence absorb in to your skin and I thought this one fit really well without being too stiff and this worked to keep my skin hydrated and soft! 

Repurchase: Probably 

Chill Facial Mask ~ $? 

I picked this up from Urban Outfitters and I can't find the brand, but they go through their masks so quickly, so it's no longer available. It was fine - it did smell like peppermint and was cooling. 

Repurchase: No 

Miniso x Marvel Facial Mask Captain America ~ $3.45 CAN. Revitalizing Skin Therapy A deeply-hydrating experience, our face mask sheets infuse your skin with vital moisture while helping improve overall tone and firmness.

Miniso x Marvel Facial Mask Thor ~ $3.45 CAN. Revitalizing Skin Therapy A deeply-hydrating experience, our face mask sheets infuse your skin with vital moisture while helping improve overall tone and firmness.

I love the Miniso x Marvel collabs, but I will be honest, I really wish that these were fun printed masks! Both of these were decent, regular sheet masks. Nothing outstanding, but worked to hydrate my skin as I wore them. 

Repurchase: Eh, maybe 

Skyn Iceland - Dissolving Microneedle Eye Patches ~ $16.00 CAN. Dissolving Microneedle Eye Patches melt into skin's surface layers to help firm and smooth fine lines and wrinkles around the delicate eye area.

I've used a similar style of mask that I picked up in the States before, but I find this level of weird skincare is hard to find in Canada, so when I saw these at Sephora, I had to jump and try them. My biggest gripe is that these are supposed to be worn overnight and honestly, I slept like shit while wearing them, they were uncomfortable under the eyes and pretty sure my lack of sleep counteracted any results I may have gotten from these. 

Repurchase: Nope 

FabYou Botanical Healing Mask - Vita-plex 13 ~ $3.00 US. It is a premium vitamin mask pack that gives skin vitality through calming and moisturizing the skin with 13 kinds of vitamins and madecassoside.

This mask is good - it came with a good amount of essence and adhered well. It fits a touch too big, but still folded down well and all wore for 20-30 minutes with essence remaining to pat in. I liked this and helped my skin feel nourished 

Repurchase: Ya, I still have a few more to try 

Alright, I finished up 33 products over the past 2 months - a little slower in terms of using up products, but I finished quite a few makeup products which always feels very fulfilling!
