Manicure Tuesday - Colour of the Year Ultra Violet Nails!

Happy Manicure Day everyone! I always love when Pantone comes out with their new Colour of the Year! The 2018 Colour of the Year is Ultra Violet and I'm loving this shade - it's very bold and I can't wait to use it for makeup and nail looks this year! 

Ulta Violet is described as a vivid purple and it is perfect for nails! 


I sadly had to cut my nails short this week; but, I think this purple still looks really good on my short nails! 

The polish I used is Ciate in "Talent Scout" which is a deep, true purple shade! 

This polish went on smoothly and was fully opaque in 2 coats. This colour is exactly what I picture as Ultra Violet and really represents the Colour of the Year!
