Mask Wednesday - Glamglow Gravitymud Firming Treatment "Sonic Blue Collectible Edition" Review

Happy Wednesday! You should know by now that I cannot pass up a gimmicky mask! And there is nothing better than a bright blue Sonic The Hedgehog Mask (I actually chose the Tails packaging, because everyone knows Tails was way cuter than Sonic!)

Mask Wednesday - Glamglow Gravitymud Firming Treatment "Sonic Blue Collectible Edition" Review

Glamglow Gravitymud Firming Treatment "Sonic Blue Collectible Edition" ~ $24.00 for 0.5 oz. GRAVITYMUD™ FIRMING TREATMENT in exclusive Sonic Blue is an out-of-this-world tightening and firming mud that contains mega-targeted ingredients that work together to help skin’s contours look and feel more defined. Once dry, this innovative blue formula peels off to reveal skin that feels tighter and looks more lifted.

So this is just the regular Glamglow Firming Treatment mask, but instead of being a silver mask it is BLUE! This is the same price as the smaller sized regular mask too - if you want more, 1.7 oz is $79.00. I actually prefer this packaging as a squeezable tube, where the other types look like they are in a pot!

The Firming Treatment is meant to target fine lines, wrinkles and elasticity!

This is a peel-off mask, but is really easy to use! You apply a generous layer of mask to the whole face (avoid eyes, eyebrows, and hairline), allow mask to rest for 20-30 minutes, peel off mask from the edges, if some mask remains simply rinse the spot off, and repeat twice a week!

First, I have to say I was impressed with how this peeled off (most peel off masks are a hot mess coming off and this one was pretty much off in 1 go!) This mask looked amazing - it was so bright and it smelled really great too!

This little package is probably good for 2 (maybe 3 uses so it's about $12 a use). It dried well and didn't feel tight or itchy on the skin at all! My skin looked great after this - I know it doesn't suggest it's good for brightening, but that's how my skin looked after! It's hard in one use to say whether it truly works to target wrinkles, but I did found it improved my skin's appearance overall!

It is an expensive mask, so I'm more likely to use it every once in a while, as opposed to twice a week! This is another Glamglow mask I really like! Have you tried any Glamglow masks? Do you have a favorite?
