Five on Friday - June 30, 2017

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you had a great week - mine was busy, but good! We had a trip to the zoo, 2 doctor's appointments, and my older son, Damian's grade 6 graduation!

ONE

It's Canada's 150th Birthday this year (tomorrow actually!!!) Elastoplast Canada has released these *Limited Edition O Canada assorted bandages ($4.99) for the occasion!

With boys in the house, I need a steady supply of bandages in my house, so why not show a little Canadian pride while wearing them?! I totally love cute bandages so these will fit right in my collection!

TWO

This past weekend was my Elliott's Sip and See (our version of a baby shower where you get to meet the baby instead of seeing me pregnant!) We had beautiful weather for the day and it was so great to have all my family and friends together to meet Elliott! We were so spoiled by all our friends and family!

I may be a little biased, but my momma's 2nd baby quilt for Elliott may be my favorite gift!

Clearly, I am a Harry Potter fan!!! Did you guys see earlier this week that it has been 20 years since the release of Harry Potter?! I actually didn't jump on the bandwagon for a few years after it was released! But, I love that little Elliott won't have a choice (my older son didn't have a choice either!)

THREE

Did you guys watch the Season premiere of Big Brother this week?! This show is one of my Summer guilty pleasure shows... it's been on for forever. I just love watching people forced to live together and this season has so many twists and drama already!

FOUR

This week was my husband's 31st birthday! He loves this Dr. Squatch brand soap and they aren't easy to find in Canada! I found this website called LuckyVitamin that had free shipping to Canada over a certain amount and really good prices! So, if your man likes handmade soaps - I recommend these! And he loves the weird (but good) scents. I also got him this Clarins After Shave Soother, which is a product he hasn't tried, so hopefully it's good!

FIVE

Okay, if you haven't listened to Kaitlyn Bristowe's podcast, Off The Vine, you should - it is hilarious! I only just listened to the first 2 episodes, but I was laughing alone in my car the other day!

The second episode is her and her best friend and they get in to all their past party stories and inside jokes and they were so funny! Everything they did and said was so relatable. I should say, I am her age, grew up in the same province, and had a pretty good party phase - everything they said reminded me of my friends and I! I hope all the next episodes are just as good!

I hope you have a great weekend!
