I tend to plan my costumes around my kids (while I still can - if it fits in to a family costume!) and Elliott asked to be a Cat Goomba, so since I was Princess Peach last year, I thought it would be perfect for me to be Cat Princess Peach!
I'm actually so happy with how the costume and the makeup turned out - it's so cute (and easy since everything came from my makeup stash!)
- Estee Lauder Futurist Aqua Brilliance Watery Glow Primer
- Yves Saint Laurent Nu Bare Look Tint in shade 7
- Urban Decay Quickie 24H Multi-Use Hydrating Full-Coverage Concealer in 40NN
- Besame Aurora's Translucent Powder
- ColourPop 25/8 Blush Stix
- Natasha Denona Cream Blush in Fuchsia from the Bloom Blush & Glow
- Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Bronzing Cream in 390 Soleil Tan Bronze
- XO Treatment Room - Kiss This by XO in Bronzy Coral
For the cat accents I used:
- ColourPop Creme Gel Liner in Swerve
- L'Oreal Infallible Grip Precision Felt Eyeliner in Black
- NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil Multi-use Eye Crayon in Black Bean
The products I used for the eye make up are:
- ColourPop Snow White Dreams Come True Palette
- ColourPop Once Upon A Dream Super Shock Shadow
- ELF Lash 'N Roll Mascara
- L'Oreal Infallible Grip Precision Felt Eyeliner in Black
- Benefit Cosmetics Precisely, My Brow Pencil in 4
- Benefit Cosmetics Gimme Brow+ Tinted Volumizing Eyebrow Gel
I did my base makeup as I normally would, with a little heavier pink blush and a shimmery pink shadow. Then just lined the eyes sharp and added a nose and whiskers to finish the look!
For the rest of the costume, I used the crown from the Princess Peach Costume Adult Costume Accessory Kit, and then I ordered some Fxaelian Cat Ears Headband Hairband and Fxaelian Cosplay Cat Gloves from Amazon. I happened to have a pink sweater (previous Joe Fresh x Jillian Harris collab) and the pink pants are the IXIMO Women's Tapered Pants 100% Linen Drawstring Back Elastic Waist Pants Trousers with Pockets.
Happy Trick or Treating!
