Manicure Monday - Blue Ombre Glitter Nails

Happy Manicure Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend - it was still so cold here, so it was pretty quiet for us!

My short little nails are slowly growing out - a little bit longer, and I'm hoping in that time I will get some inspiration for nail art! In the meantime, I'm doing a glitter ombre mani for the week. 

For the month of January, the #CBBxManiMonday group is doing purple and blue manicures - the colour of the year for 2022 is Very Peri and it's a lovely blend of the two colours! 

The products I used for this week's manicure are:

• Essence Out of Space Stories polish in Intergalactic Adventure 
• Nails Inc Winter Lights Nail Polish in London Lane
• Pacifica Beauty in Plant Magic Translucent Topper in Fairy Dust 
• Moyra Stamping Nail Polish Top Coat

This manicure was quick and easy to do - I started with two coats of the base polish (this is a purple blue duochrome). Then, with the blue glitter, I concentrated it at the bottom of my nails and thinned out the amount of glitter in the middle of the nail. I added a little silver glitter as well, the blue on blue didn't have much contrast!
