June Shop My Stash - My Go-To Full Face Weatherproof Stay All Day Makeup

Summertime always means outdoor events and hot weather, so I always need some go-to makeup that is weatherproof and will last all day! While it's great if you don't need to wear foundation or tend to wear lighter makeup in warm weather; but, if I'm going to a wedding or special occasion, I really want to wear a glam look and have it last the whole event!

So, my June Shop My Stash is my basic go-to Glam Makeup look that I know will last all day through heat, time, and just about anything else. This look is a combination of holy grails and products that I know are long-lasting! 

This is a basic neutral glam look, so it can be added on to with colour too; but, it's solid base look. I wore this look for a friend's Bachelorette Party in super hot weather and plan on wearing it to an outdoor wedding in the Okanagan soon too! (I also wore it to a family members birthday party - basically anytime I need to look nice and I'm going to wear it all day!)

Lips

The eyes are a neutral eye, with a pop of glitter to add some glam to the look! The Elizabeth Mott primer is a solid primer that actually extends the wear of shadow and doesn't crease. I love the shadows in the Naked Reloaded palette and the Mini Nude palette and the Stila liquid shadows will last on the eyes through anything. I did a pretty basic eye look with a base, crease and outer corner shade and let the glitter be the focus! 

The Eyeko liner isn't my favorite (if I still had some, this look would have used the Stila Stay All Day Liner), but this one is a very dark black and lasts really well!  The Too Faced mascara is a quick favorite of mine and it's very long wearing, plus the Benefit and ColourPop brow products are solid! 

For the face, the Estee Lauder primer is really great for smoothing and makeup wears well over it all day. Right now I'm combining the Estee Lauder and Wet n Wild foundations only for the right shade - the Estee Lauder Double Wear is what makes this look last all day and night! I always use a light banana powder to set and follow up with a finishing face powder. Then, a secret for long lasting makeup is to spray with setting spray right after powder - so I will use the Skindinavia spray after setting powder and again at the very end and just let it dry well before applying my other face powders! 

The Too Faced bronzer, blush and the Becca highlighters are classics in my collection - the perfect go-tos that you know will look great and wear well! And, I have yet to find a liquid lipstick that I like more than the Pixi Mattelast Liquid lipsticks and a the ColourPop lip liner just compliments the shade and defines the lips! Then, finish it off again with setting spray!
