October 2018 What I Bought - Monthly Haul!

This I love these Haul posts; because, for me it's a way of sharing everything I pick up throughout a month - honestly, I buy so much stuff that if I don't share it here, it might not pop up until my empties post! Let me know if there is anything you want to see a full post on, just let me know and I will do it!)

Also, I do "try" to stick to a monthly budget of $100, and these posts are supposed to keep me in check! I can go a little crazy sometimes with new things though - why is there so much new makeup being released all the time?! I will only include products I have spent money on - gifts and freebies are usually shared on posts like my Five on Friday posts!

Here is a look at everything I bought in October:

Miniso Haul ~ $16.75 CAN. When I heard that Minso was going to be carrying these Papa Recipe masks, I had to try them out - these have been on my wishlist forever!  Then I couldn't resist the Miniso x Pink Panther mask (review up here!) and the Mediheal warming eye mask sounded neat too! 

LookFantastic Advent Calendar $117.42 + Subscription $25.00 CAN ~ I have been looking for a different beauty advent calendar for a while - I've done David's Tea for the past 2 years and 2 years before that I had the Body Shop one. Those ones are great but I was looking for a little variety and this one shipped from the UK so I know I will get some different brands! LookFantastic was offering 20% off their advent calendar when you subscribed to their box, so it saved me $24 on the box, the subscription was $25, so really I only spent $1 on this whole subscription box! 

Mad Beauty Haul ~ $125.92 US. Okay, so I saw a picture of these Disney Villain masks and went as fast as I could to this website and bought all the Disney things! There is a set of villain and princess masks, a cinderella foot mask, winnie the pooh eye masks, and an aurora headband! And, the Donald duck body wash and aftershave is for one of the boys for Christmas! 

Lushoween Goodies ~ $55.44 CAN. I went to Lush only to buy Halloween goodies, and then I saw this Snow Fairy body spray and snow fairy is my favorite Lush Christmas scent and this body spray is new and huge! Smells amazing! Then I picked up a few Halloween goodies - you can see my review here! And, I picked up the Rosy Cheeks mask as it's one of the only masks I haven't tried by Lush! 

Anthropologie Masks ~ $23.10 CAN. Clearly, I can't go anywhere and not pick up masks! These kocostar masks are new to me and look so cool, and I love Leaders masks and I haven't tried these biocellulose masks yet! 

Facetory Four-ever Fresh Subscription ~ $21.17 CAN. I love mask subscriptions - this one comes with a $7 US shipping to Canada charge which means I won't likely keep it for long, but it's a neat way to try new masks and these are all something I haven't tried before! 

Shopper's Drug Mart Haul ~ $19.92 CAN.  Ugh, doesn't it suck when you have to buy products that you already own?! I went to Edmonton for work and forgot my hairbrush so I had to pick up a new one! Then my nail cracked so I had to pick up nail glue as well. At the same time, I saw this wet n wild palette and thought it might work 


So, In October I spent $404.75 - whoops, hopefully no one remembered that I was considering a low buy this month! And, next month with this VIB sale isn't looking good for me either!
