Five on Friday - January 27, 2017

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all had a great week! My son turned 12 this week and it was really hard for me to believe - he is such a great boy and I couldn't be more proud of him, but some days I wish I could slow down the clock a little because next year he will be a teenager! Whoa! 

ONE

Last month I bought a little surprise pouch from an amazing blogger as she was clearing out some of her beauty products that didn't work for her! I ended up with a high end lipstick, a highlighter, a gorgeous ombre blush and a few extra lip goodies! 

I'm all about sharing, trading, and selling products that don't work for you! If you keep products that don't work for you they just get wasted! I will test these out and see if they work for me - I know some of the lipsticks are a little brighter than I would normally go, but they might be fun for Spring and Summer! 

TWO

I think last week I shared a new bath bomb too - can you tell I love them! I got these off of an auction site and they are hadmade and are great quality! The blue bath bomb is a Mermaid Bath Bomb and turns the bath an aquamarine blue! The white bath bomb is a Harry Potter Bath Bomb and turns the bath a surprise color - one of the Harry Potter house colours! 

THREE 

Have you guys heard that Pixi Beauty is now available at Shopper's Drug Mart now in Canada?! I'm so excited - this is one brand I always get at Target when I am in the U.S.! I will be heading out to my local Shoppers soon to pick up some new products that I haven't been able to try before! 

FOUR 

Eeek - I'm so excited this week that Jaclyn Hill revealed that she is coming out with a palette in collaboration with Morphe! I always get so excited about her collabs - I know people either love her or hate her, but I love her makeup looks and her past collabs with Becca have been great! This doesn't come out until March so I will just follow along on snapchat and see swatches until I can but the palette! 

FIVE 

This was 24 hours of my week this week - lately at each of my doctor's appointments my blood pressure has been quite high, so they want to home test it and see how it is during a normal day! It made for a crazy long day! It went off every half an hour during the day and every hour overnight - I don't think I slept at all! Also, if it couldn't get a read, it would go off every 3 minutes! Fingers crossed for good results!
