Here is a look:
I have been wearing these for just over a week now and I am impressed! They have survived me playing volleyball, coaching basketball, and doing a major houseclean + dishes and everything else!
Most nail wraps don't last a week with me! (For as much as I love my nails, I tend to be a little rough on them!). These haven't lifted, peeled or faded!
The best part about these wraps is the removal - simply remove with polish remover like normal nail polish - no peeling required! I did not have high expectations and have been proven wrong, I will be buying more!!!
Now, on to my Mask Monday - I will be reviewing the Skin Food Black Sugar Mask. (I received this in the Skinfood Memebox - if you would like view that, you can go here).
Skin Food's motto is "food that is good for your health, is also good for your skin" and emphasizes feeding your skin. I can say that the Skinfood products I use, I really enjoy them!
The Black Sugar Mask retails for $9. Enriched with minerals and vitamins, this face scrub effectively exfoliates dead skin that prevents make-up application, while revitalizing skin.
The container advises that this product promotes smooth, glowing skin!
Here are the steps I followed to use:
1. Remove make-up and wash face
2. Leave face damp and apply mask (I usually tone prior to masks, but because this mask is an exfoliant I waited until it was washed off!) here is what it looks like on:
It actually feels great and is easy to apply - you just glob it on and smooth it around (does not require too much product to cover face!).
3. Leave on for 10-15 minutes
4. Rinse off with warm water - this is the exfoliating portion - if you have sensitive skin, no need to scrub in as it scrubs while rinsing off!! I thought it rinsed off well and was not too messy!
5. Follow with toner, essence, and the rest of your skin care routine!
I really enjoy this product - it made my skin so smooth! I woke up this morning and couldn't believe how smooth it still was! This is great and I love how affordable it was!!
