November 2014 Beauty Box Comparison - Ipsy vs. Beauty Box 5 vs. TopBox

I like comparing the 3 inexpensive beauty boxes that are available in Canada - Ipsy, TopBox and Beauty Box 5. (sorry this is so late, I did up my chart and just realized I haven't posted it yet!)

Here is the chart breakdown:

Ipsy

Ipsy was awesome this month - I loved every item in the bag & 4 out of 5 products were full sized! There was a great variety of products - nail polish, perfume, highlighter, lip color and eyeliner. Everything went with the theme and the nail polish was exclusive to Ipsy subscribers. This was my favourite bag!

TopBox

TopBox was okay this month - I like the Eslor products (I do wish they weren't foil packets) and the primer. The mascara was decent and with the hair product, there was also good variety in what I received.

Beauty Box 5

Beauty Box 5 was not good this month - unfortunately the value did not cover the month to month subscription cost - there were flossers, body wash, a reusable container, body butter and a hair mask. While everything in the box was decent and practical, it was still a real let down.
