These remind me of a Robin's egg - that light, delicate blue with little speckles on it!
Here are the products I used:
-Sally Hansen #481 "Breezy Blue"
-Sally Hansen #295 "Pixel Perfect"
These are the steps I followed:
1. Nail cleanser & Base coat
2. Two coats of Breezy Blue
3. Let dry well & follow with 2 coats of Pixel Perfect (I did not think 1 was enough!)
4. Top Coat
