Happy Friday everyone! I have had a super busy week so I am looking forward to the long weekend! My Dad and Step-mom are coming in to town so we are going to enjoy a family weekend!

April 2018 - Monthly Empties & Month in Masks

Time to take a look at my beauty garbage:

Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream SPF 35 in Light ~ sample shown (full size is $50.00 CAN). A multitasking, tinted BB cream that merges makeup and skincare in one step.

I have this in light and it was a little too light for me so I mixed it to lighten other foundations - on it's own, it wasn't the best formula for me.
Repurchase: No 

Maison Jacynthe Makeup - Foundation and Illuminator Try-on, Swatches and Reviews!

I have talked about Maison Jacynthe on the blog a couple of times! It is a Canadian company started by Jacynthe Rene - she runs the website jmagazine.ca and is an author, actress and producer. All of their products are cruelty-free, are 100% natural, and contain no GMO's or chemicals. 

I have previously reviewed their skincare products, mascara and eyeshadow, and nail polishes and have liked everything so I am excited to try these products out!

September 2017 - Monthly Empties!

Let's get right in and have a look at my beauty garbage for this month and my thoughts on the products:

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer ~ travel size $26.00. Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer is a sheer, lightweight formula with a hint of color you can use in place of foundation for a natural finish and a healthy glowing complexion.

This is my second travel size bottle of this - I didn't love it the first time around, and now I like it a little bit more. It was easily my go-to over the Summer. It is light weight and gentle on the skin, but it wasn't super long lasting. It was just ok.

Repurchase: Mmmm... probably not...
