Happy Saturday everyone - hope you all had a good week! I spent most of my week in Edmonton this week doing some training, so it's been pretty quiet!

I hope you all had an amazing Halloween - you know we love our costumes around here and I already showed a little sneak peek at my Ghost Spider make-up, but here are all our Spiderverse costumes! I was Ghost Spider, Damian was Spider Noir, Elliott was Carnage and Mitch was Venom! Elliott loved trick-or-treating and was a big fan of checking out the decorations as we went to everyone's house! 

Five on Saturday - June 9, 2018

Happy Saturday! Hope you all had a great week - mine was pretty normal! I'm still surviving on minimal sleep. I don't think Elliott has slept later than 5:00 am since I've been back to work. I really hoping he starts sleeping a little later soon - it's making it really hard to be motivated to do anything else after getting home from work! Ugh.

Do you guys have a running list of "Brands You Want To Try" - I have and I've identified 5 brands that I really want to try in 2018! 
1. Inglot
2. Glossier 
3. Juvia's Place
4. Paul and Joe
5. Kristen Ess

 So Inglot is a brand that sort of intimidates me - it seems to be more designed to pros and I just don't really know where to start and what to try! And, Glossier has been so hyped up - I was going to place an order last year when they announced that they were shopping to Canada, I just haven't done it yet! Juvia's Place has stunning shadows that I've heard are amazing quality. Paul and Joe actually have the cutest cat products so I'm going to need a cat lipstick this year. And, Kristen Ess recently came to Well.ca and the hype with fellow Canadians was real, so now I need to see if their hair products are as great as they sound! (If you have any recommendations from these brands I would love to hear them...)

This is The Saharan Palette from Juvia's Place and I'm soooo excited to try this out! 

Halloween Makeup - Danaerys Targaryen Mother of Dragons Look!

Happy Halloween everyone! This year I had a baby dragon so I HAD to dress up as The Mother Dragons right?! 

Danaerys Targaryen or her full title "Daenerys of the House Targaryen, the First of Her Name, The Unburnt, Queen of the Andals, the Rhoynar and the First Men, Queen of Meereen, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Protector of the Realm, Lady Regnant of the Seven Kingdoms, Breaker of Chains and Mother of Dragons" is bad ass and especially in Season 7! 

Her makeup is actually quite natural, and really her look is all about the bold brow! I will say, although her makeup is natural looking, it still took me quite a few products to get the full look!

This hand lotion is adorable - right?! I wish it smelled that good, but it was overwhelming floral that it is was horrible to use... but I did it anyway...

I love playing with makeup and this leopard look is really focused on fun makeup! I think that leopard makeup seems really intimidating, but honestly doing it, it was really easy! I have a really easy picture how-to in this post as well if you happen to think it might be a little intimidating!
