My journey with Vitamin C has been a challenging one, I find my skin reacts to most of them - it can be an unstable molecule and I had almost sworn them off until I discovered the XO Treatment Room one! The difference? That one used Ethyl Absorbic Acid, which is a smaller molecule and my skin loved it - I have not really ventured in to many other vitamin c serums since that that. Until, this was sent to me by Skin Proud and I was so excited to see an affordable drugstore skincare option that included Ethyl Absorbic Acid! So, I've been using it for a couple of months and my skin looks great - isn't making me break out or react and has brightened my skin! Great drugstore option! (This is also a vegan formula if that is important to you!)
Rimmel Kind & Free Tinted Lip Balm in Hibiscus Blaze ~ $10.49 CAN (or $7.48 CAN at Walmart). Rimmel Kind & Free Tinted Clean Lip Balm is a hydrating tinted lip care balm that glides on effortlessly with a buttery texture. This cruelty free lip repair cosmetic nourishes and conditions lips with a dewy kiss of colour and sheer, lightweight coverage.
I'm always up for a new tinted lip balm formula - it's basically the only type of lip product I use and I love finding good ones from the drugstore! This is also a 100% vegan and cruelty free formula. This goes on smoothly, leaves a little hint of a tint and sheen on the lips while nourishing the lips and having a nice and creamy texture. For me, this is a the perfect every day lip product! (You can see it on my try on post here!)
What were you loving this past month?!
