I'm loving the "May Flowers" idea and I decided to try something new and went with this flower eyeliner makeup look! I used white, light purple, and dark purple eyeliners to create this fun eye look - I love how it turned out!
I paired the purple eye look with a purple highlighter and matched it with some pretty pink cheeks and lips! This would be so perfect for a Spring market, festival, or other fun event that you can go with a little crazier and fun floral look!
I love how these flowers turned out as a liner! I went with a really basic purple eyeshadow look so the eyeliner had something to go with; but, I always wanted it to pop and stand out!
The products I used for this look are:
Eyes
-Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eye Primer
-Makeup Revolution The Emily Edit – The Wants Palette
-Lit Cosmetics White Eyeliner
-Make Up For Ever Light Purple Eyeliner
-NYX Vivid Brights Liner in Vivid Violet
-Wet n Wild MegaLiner Liquid Eyeliner in Gilded Wings
-ColourPop Bangin Brunette Brow Pencil
-Burt's Bees Nourishing Mascara
Face
-Becca First Light Priming Filter Face Primer
-Wet n Wild Photo Focus Foundation in Nude Ivory
-Vichy Teint Ideal Fluid Foundation
-Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer in Medium Light Neutral
-Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Powder
-Morphe Mini Blush in Spirit
-Milk Makeup Holographic Stick in "Supernova"
-Hard Candy Setting Spray - Long Wear
Lips
-Rodial Collagen Boost Lip Lacquer in Bae-Berry
Then, I started with the white eye liner and created some flowers with the eyeliner. I created some full flowers and half flowers along the lash line. Then, I took the dark purple liner and repeated the same step. Again, I followed the same steps with the light purple eyeliner. I added flower centres with the gold eyeliner. Then I added the light purple liner to my waterline and finished the look with mascara and brows!
I really love how the flowers turned out; but, in all honesty, it would have been way easier if I had more choices in liquid eyeshadows! The pencil liners looked good, but, they were a little hard to use as I had to constantly sharpen the pencils!
To finish the look, I used the Morphe blush and Milk Makeup highlighter that I'm using from my Monthly Makeup basket!
I had so much creating this makeup look! This Shop My Stash post is all about digging in to my collection and really enjoying the products that I have and have fun with my makeup! I never try different makeup looks, so this was out of my comfort zone and I love how it turned out!
Do you guys shop your stash to make sure you're enjoying your collection? It's been such a good thing for me this year!

DeleteThis is adorable! I love how it turned out. The colours go so well together. I don't think I could have a steady enough hand to do that much deatail on the flowers.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jill! It would be way easier and precise with liquid liners; but, certainly a steady hand and some patience is needed!
