ONE
Happy First Day of FALL! I love Fall - the leaves changing, the sweaters, the scents, everything. Unfortunately, Calgary never gets Fall for longer than a week. We always go right from Summer in to Winter - we already got snow last week while it was still Summer! So, I have to live vicariously through everyone else's Fall; but, I will still drink my Pumpkin Spice Lattes and burn my Fall candles now (or in this case, my Baked Apple Pie and Sugar Cookie scentsies)!
TWO
Mmm... if you are ever around Red Deer, Alberta or on the highway passing through, you have to stop at the cutest donut shop - The Donut Mill! This month's donut of the month is Root Beer and it is delicious!
THREE
This past weekend for the Calgary Corporate Challenge, our team participated in the Amazing Race around the Calgary Stampede grounds! It was fun - lots of running around and little challenges! It was lots of fun!
FOUR
I hardly got any mail this week; but, I did get this one little sample in the mail - this is the Nivea In Shower Body Milk and it sounds good to me!
FIVE
This week's palette of the week is the Tarte Tartelette Flirt palette - it's a cute little mini palette and I love the other Tarte mini palette I have, the Tease palette. This is a really warm palette on me and it just isn't great for me. I've tried it a few times and the mattes just don't blend well and turn muddy on me. The shimmers are pretty, but are repeated in other palettes I have. I'm actually going to declutter this palette.
