How amazing does this polish look?! I'm so impressed! It's the focus of the manicure for sure, but I also wanted to keep the Halloween theme up and include all the dark, black Halloween animals as well!
The CBBxManiMonday group is doing Halloween nails all month, and it's always my favourite time of year for nails art!
The polishes I used for this week's manicure are:
- China Glaze polish in Summer Moon
- Holo Taco Glow in the Dark Taco polish
- Maniology Straight-Up Black Stamping Polish
- ORLY Instant Artist in Jet Black
For this manicure, I started with base polish and two coats of plain white nail polish as the base. When that dries, I added on coat of the Glow in Dark polish. Then, with the black polishes I handed painted my Halloween animals - Crow (more of a creepy duck), Spider, Bat and Cat. Then I finished everything with a nail art top coat.
The glow in the dark polish is activated by light, like any glow in the dark - you can hold them up close to a light or just prolonged exposure during the day will work.
