Five on Friday - October 19, 2018

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all had a great week! Mine was busy - I wasn't feeling amazing this week and the hubby was out of town working again, so it was looong! And, then I'm heading out of town for the weekend with my older son, and then have to go to Edmonton for a few days at the start of next week! It's feeling a little non-stop here right now! 

ONE 

Happy early birthday to me, to me! Eeek - I can't help but just gush over the packaging of this Colourpop x Disney Designer collection! I want to be a Disney Princess when I grow up so I basically had to have this and told my husband this would be the perfect early birthday present for me (my birthday is next month, so close enough!). I had to pull over minutes before this launched and I got the whole collection except the highlighters, as they sold out in minutes! I will be reviewing this soon!

This past weekend, we celebrated Thanksgiving with our families (just a week late); but, it's one of the only we all manage to get a picture of all of us together! Love these boys! 

THREE 

I got another Topbox Circle and it was a perfume; but, I was quite surprised to to see just a little itty bitty sample for it. I guess it's a way to test the product - I just thought it would be a more generous size sample! 
FOUR 

I just got my Fall 2018 Sample Source box in the mail! There wasn't a ton of beauty products this season - only shampoo (and weirdly, no conditioner). It came with a couple of snacks and coffee, which is always good! And cat treats, laundry detergent and voltaren. It will all get used! 


FIVE

Well, if you haven't been living under a rock, here in Canada this week Marijuana became legal. What do you guys think about this? For me, it doesn't really change anything. I don't really plan on consuming it as I think I had enough in High School to last me a lifetime. But, I do like the idea of knowing where you are purchasing from if you choose to and reducing the risk of the drugs being cut or laced! So overall, I don't think it was a bad move on the government's part, just not one that really impacts me!
