The last little bit I have no number of things I've been loving and honestly, I've been trying products a little slower, so my favourites have been a little smaller and more curated than the past few years!
Here's a closer look at the best products I was loving in June:
Keys Soulcare It's Like Skin 2-in-1 Concealer and Tint in 150N Light with Neutral Beige Undertone ~ $36.00 CAN. A multi-tasking spot concealer and allover skin tint that brightens, blurs and provides buildable, light-to-medium coverage with a naturally radiant finish.
This is such a great multi use product - it was basically an instant favourite for me since it just works so well! It is a true light to medium coverage face product! I like to use a few dots of this all over and just blend it in with my hands, then if I have anything scars or acne I need to cover up I can just dot this on to them and use a brush for a little more coverage. I brought it on vacation and it wore well all over or spot concealed, blended nicely and wore all day. Such a fantastic product!
Biotherm Blue Peptides Uplift Cream ~ $103.00 CAN. Blue Therapy Red Algae Anti Aging Uplift Cream by Biotherm is a face firming wrinkle cream that visibly lifts and firms skin structure while reinforcing skin's youthful appearance and leaving skin feeling instantly soft and hydrated, lifted and illuminated with subtle rosy radiance. Infused with powerful red algaes from the sea, this cream counteracts the decline in collagen and elastin-fibers which result in a loss of skin tightness, less defined contours, and wrinkles.
At this point, any cream that I try from Biotherm is basically guaranteed to make my favourites - they make the absolutely hands down the best creams I've used. This is so rich and firming and hydrating. I love this in the evening because it just hydrates and nourishes my skin overnight. It has just improved the appearance and firmness so much.
Urban Decay Face Bond Self Setting Waterproof Foundation in 7 Fair Neutral ~ $57.00 CAN. A lightweight waterproof foundation with the skincare benefits of a serum and self-setting powder for blurring effect in a medium-coverage, matte finish.
This is so different than the Keys face product, but both have a firm place in my rotation! This is a solid medium coverage foundation but it's so long lasting and honestly so good on my combo to oily skin! This is almost dry on my skin, but throughout the day it wears well, is great for hot days and is water and sweat proof. I cannot rave about this enough on hot days that it stays on - I will be wearing this to a wedding this month and it's going to be fantastic!
