Monthly Beauty and Book Haul ~ March 2024

Back in 2022, I set a monthly beauty and books budget at $200 per month and I've been pretty good about sticking to it! I am trying to be thoughtful in my purchases, so this has been holding me accountable for being reasonable with my spending. Since it worked so well last year, I'm really trying to do the same thing this year!

I do always love my Monthly Haul posts - it's a good way to keep track of everything that I picked up each month. I don't always blog about everything I pick up (I try to), but if you ever spot anything in here that you really want me to talk about, let me know!

ELF Cosmetics Order ~ $44.00 CAN. I've been waiting to do this haul for a little while - I'm excited to try the clicky lip balms so I picked up two! I also picked up the liquid blush brush so I can try out the Camp brush. Also, ELF appears to be one of the only brands to still make brush cleaner so I picked up a couple! I haven't tried anything yet since I am slow right now!

Waterstones Order ~ $55.40 CAN. I was excited to order a few UK books - the Girl, Goddess, Queen is a stunning special edition with sprayed edges and The Bear and the Nightingale I liked the UK cover better than the Canadian ones and I've heard great things about the series! I haven't read them yet but will soon!

Thrift Store Find ~ $6.81 CAN. This was a book that came up quite a bit at my bookclub so I was excited to see it at Value Village and I had to scoop it up! I can't wait to read this!

March Owlcrate Box ~ $80.55 CAN. I did an unboxing so if you want more details on this post here! The book in this month's box is stunning with gorgeous edges and I'm happy with the box!

Shoppers Drug Mart Order ~ $15.49 CAN. I was so excited to see the new Urban Decay Foundation online at Shoppers as well as this Benefit Duo. I've heard good things about these face rollers as well so happy to try all of these soon!

Amazon Book Order ~ $19.15 CAN. I wanted a good cabin read before the long weekend and I've heard great things about this so I'm excited to have it and I'm actually close to being done it!

So in March I spent $221.40 CAN - a tad over my budget but all things I will use and try and hope to enjoy!
