I needed a mask tonight that is going to do my skin a serious favour!
The Face Shop Real Nature Green Tea Hydro Gel Mask ~ $7. This natural brightening gel mask gives the skin a transparent radiant look thanks to its compound of catechin-rich green tea leaves and melanin-controlling niacinamide.
These masks look like they are only available in stores right now - I have been looking forward to trying this hydrogel mask since I bought it quite a while ago! Green tea offers amazing skin benefits and my skin could really use calming and brightening (plus green tea is really great for clearing blemishes!)
This mask is used just like a regular sheet mask, but the only difference is this mask comes in 2 pieces. You just un-peel the mask from the packaging and apply both pieces to the face. Leave the mask on for 20-30 minutes, remove, and pat remaining essence in the skin!
This mask is really cool - it has green tea flakes in the hydrogel mask. This mask had a good amount of essence and the hydrogel adhered well and did not slip and slide around on the face at all. This lasted for about 40 minutes on my skin and had a little essence remaining to pat in to the skin. I thought my skin looked great after using this - I could see visible improvements to my blemishes and dark spots. My skin also felt good and was softer. I would use this mask again!
