Manicure Monday - Purple and Gold Diamond Wedding Nails

Happy Manicure Monday everyone! It's Spring time, which means it's going in to wedding planning season! While I'm approaching my 4th Anniversary, I do have friends and family planning their weddings and I love wedding season!

So, this week (and next week), the #CBBxManiMonday group is doing Bridal nails. So, if you're looking at these and thinking these don't look very "wedding" or "bridal", I actually recreated my Wedding Nails from August 2015 and this is an updated spin on what I wore on my Wedding Day!

I've always thought of my nails as my expression of myself, so I could never really have "traditional" wedding nails. Instead I went more with Wedding nails that represented me - glitter, bling, and a little colour!

Here is a look at my actual Wedding Nails - I used a purple base to match my wedding colours, I added a touch of gold (another wedding colour and a little bling), plus I had these fun water decals that say "I Do" and a huge blingy diamond!

This is my new spin on my wedding nails - I used a light Lavender polish as the base polish, then I added some gold half moons, and I added on a few diamond stickers (I actually wish I had these diamond stickers instead of the huge charm that I had!

The products that I used for this week's Mani are:
-Teeez Nail Laquer in Pretty in Pyrite
-Essie polish in Go Ginza

So, these aren't going to be traditional wedding nails for most people; but, why not have a little fun with your wedding nails too?!
