Wine + Mask Wednesday (St. Hubertus Goddess Wine + Seacret Recover Day Masque)

This post contains a friend's referral link

Time for another Wine + Mask Wednesday! This week's theme is "Girl's Night"! This week my bestie, Kayla, and I got together with her friend Kat for a Seacret demonstration. I thought I would find the perfect wine to go with a good pampering night!

Here is my Wine of the Week:

St. Hubertus "Goddess" Wine ~ $17. The perfect ME wine: a lush, fresh wine, just like you! Reward yourself after all life's stresses and little emergencies. Will be a big hit when you have your Girlfriends over for appys. Or grab a blanket and your favorite book and snuggle up to your inner Goddess with a glass.

With that description, how do I not pull this out for a girl's night?! I went to St. Hubertus Winery on my Bachelorette weekend in Kelowna, B.C. Here is a look at the wine:

This is a nice white wine blend! It is so light and fresh - it is easy drinking! Really liked this wine, I would buy it again - perfect for girl's night!

As a part of our Girl's Night, we got a full Seacret demonstration. This included a skin demonstration with the Salt & Oil Scrub, followed by the Body Butter. I have to say, the Body Butter smells so good - I really liked this!

Following the skin demonstration, we worked on the Face! We started with the Mud Soap and I really liked this cleanser! Now for the Mask we used:

Seacret Recover Day Masque ~ $349.95 full size. Recover your skin’s youthful beauty with Recover Day Masque. SEACRET™’s revolutionary new mask, with patented silica microstructures that bind together to physically lift and smooth your skin, instantly diminishing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. With consistent use, the Day Masque works to break the aging cycle, for amazing results – without needles or surgery. For a special occasion, or no occasion at all, look years younger with SEACRET™’s Recover Day Masque, enriched with Dead Sea Minerals. Masque your age.
So sadly, this product is not available for purchase online in Canada (hopefully, if you are interested a rep near you will be able to get the product for you!).

I had no idea this mask was so expensive when we tried it, we each used a sample amount and instead of slathering it on our whole face we just targeted our fine lines and wrinkles.

(Please excuse the Resting Bitch Face, one of the ideas of letting the product soak in is to not move your face too much and cause the mask to wrinkle or bunch!)

This mask stays on the skin for 10-15 minutes and is just rinsed off with water. Following the mask we applied the Essential Moisture Face Cream.

Overall, I did see results with the mask. I don't have a ton of lines or wrinkles on my face, but what was there was certainly reduced using this mask! I was happy with the other skincare products I used as well and am going to check out the other products online. As much as I love masks, right now $350 is out of my price range! (But if it is yours, you would like this!)

All in all, a fun Girl's Wine + Mask Wednesday!
